I've tried following practically all the instructions written here and it seems like the same problem persists. 🙁 The main problem with my connection is that it will go back and forth between that "No Internet, Secured" status to regular "Connected, Secured" status, meaning sometimes it will load the pages and sometimes it won't.

Mar 01, 2018 · When I say it thinks there is no internet connection, you can open up a browser and go anywhere, can ping any site/address but it still says there is no connection. I would normally just ignore this and move on, but outlook (2013 and 2016) will not connect and go offline. these are static IP machines and can ping them with no problem.
