Jan 07, 2008 · just attach the new hard drive to the top of the xbox 360. this process always gets me pissed off. lol. once you turn on the system you should have full control of it and the system will recognize it immediatly becuase it is plug and play which means you can just attach it and use it. no software downloads needed.
